Tell us about the new Thruster, with photos, asic46. Maybe start a new thread in the Thruster section seeing as how it will be off topic here.

    It's too shiny for a Thruster!!
I'll be interested to hear how it performs asic46. Where is it coming from?

It looks like a sweet aircraft, very streamlined in comparison to it's predecessors. Pity it doesn't have a tail wheel!!!
Good luck with getting it into the country.

Don't think cabin heat would do much good in my Thruster:cheezy grin:
I do have some doors for it in the hangar though - they need modifying first, when I get the time......

Hi Blow, I think that the aircraft has been sold, though as they say nothing is over until the fat lady sings, or in this case the money is in my bank ! In answer to your questions, the 582 is not oil injected, and although I have not taken the wings off myself, the manual says that it is easy, and I have seen videos in which it takes 2 blokes about 2 minutes to remove a wing. Cheers !
