Unfortunately in part due to my hours reducing at work, I'm needing to sell my current hangar at Temora. Ideally I'll be building a larger one there in the not too distant future, but right now, I can't justify two mortgages.
It's at 33 Tigermoth Ave, and has power, water, sewerage, gas and the NBN available (with FTTN apparently), though I use 4G in the hangar and it's more than quick enough. As it's the second-to-last block on the street, there's no through traffic, and the owner next door has yet to build so there are uninterrupted views across the entire northern side of the airfield. Even better, as there's nothing but aircraft parking across the road, you can watch the sun set with a cold beer every evening.
The block itself is 25 x 50m, with the hangar being 15 x 15 x 6m high, with a door opening of 10 x 4m that should fit most sport planes upto and including the RV-10! The doors are bi-fold and inward hinged, with the top half of each door being dark-tinted laserlite sheet, with 4 runs of laserlite in the roof as well - No more bumping into wingtips in a dark hangar.
Rates are around $170 / quarter, though council is planning on introducing an annual residents levy at some point in the future, believed to be an additional $400pa.
EDIT: Got this years bill last month and paid it 12/8, so that has been paid through until this time next year. And it was an additional $400, so total rates are around $1100/yr
