Seeing as it's sitting in it's flying attitude, I suggest that the 'stuts' are infact a normal V tail with a rearward sweep and the controls are elevons. The top section of the wing is either removable (likely) or pivotal from it's leading edge (unlikely). It's a pity there's no indication of it's power plant or prop, if it has one. Looking at the grass area around it, it has certainly caused a lot of admirers or critics to circle it, but over what period?It doesn't appear to be tied down so could be that grass disappeared on one day at a very crowded show.
