Jees OME you must have been asking for the secret of the century ... or maybe all those Morgan builders have got their heads in fuselages and haven't seen your post yet.

So I thought I might reply and stir them all up and put your thread at the top of the list for you ... 001_smile.gif.2cb759f06c4678ed4757932a99c02fa0.gif

Its pretty simple, just a cable in the wing with pushrods on either end to the aileron horn and to the control column (quick release on mine for easy wing removal from the control column).183535325_Aileroncable2.thumb.jpg.d8b30e7eef63c55bd8122d412deb9968.jpg

There is a very fancy code for each cable. A = Aileron & F = Flap. The wing is upside down on the bench.

Hi Bruce,

This is not the wing of my Sierra but that of Kevin Harrison's one when it was built at Taree. I just happened to be there when the wing walks were being done so the bottom skin was nicely peeled back for a photo of the innards. The wing tanks are 35-40 litres a side as I recall with a 100 litre fuselage tank. Kevin or Alan Marriette may wish to elaborate. I haven't got to the wings of mine yet. I spent about 6 weeks ripping the new house to bits to fit in a new bigger Kitchen as per my wife's specifications but am back into the build as of tomorrow as I have just got my garage back.

Cheers

Kevin
