Guest ozzie Posted January 23, 2012 Share Posted January 23, 2012 I received word that Dale Kramer has decided to bring the Lazair back into production as an electric aircraft. They will be updated series 2 (modified as a trike gear) with the Jobi motors. He will be changing from the zippy batteries to a more robust and easier to monitor type. Kits will be supplied without batteries but the airframe will be set up ready to drop them in. Battery packs will be supplied direct from the relevant manufacture ready to go. ball park figure is less than $30,000 all up.
