A trawl last night through the members portal and can confirm that there is a posting in the meetings subsection that addresses this point. I believe it said previous motion of the board to seek consultant involvement has been rescinded and a new motion to accept the CASA SMS template was accepted and then there was something about what it meant for staffing....have a look My take is that its very much WIP and exactly what it means is still being worked through.
