moz
An interesting situation occurred yesterday afternoon at The Oaks. A horse got loose on the airfield. At the time there were two in the circuit and a Foxbat just taxiing out. The Foxbat shutdown and the Jabirus circled for a while until the owner caught up with the getaway at the southern end of the field. Definitely something you don't see everyday! planedriver
Most ultralight flyers seem to cry out for extra horses, so don't complain.:hittinghead:

planedriver
So glad you obviously landed safely Adrian, and did'nt suffer too much "wind" shear from the sheep. Take care.
Guest brentc
There is often a black dog that roams onto our runway at my airfield. It's very hard to see being black and is often the cause of a go-around (sometimes at high speed) to scare it off the runway. Sometimes it just keeps running back on again necessating yet another go-around. ;)
