Super D Ground Loop

Its a bit of a ballancing act but it can be very handy to be able to swing the tail around so tightly.

We used to have to do a similar thing in the Tiger Moth as it had a tail skid and no breaks. To turn around to line up it was lots of power stick forward and full rudder to flick the tail around. A little scary the first few times but no where near as scary as heading for a ditch having to put in a burst of power to get the rudder effective and stear away from it!
