Richmond airshow frequencies

Apart from the frequencies published in the ERSA does anyone have any

info on what radio frequencies are likely to be used at this weekends

Richmond airshow ?

While any would be of interest I'm particularly interested in the 'company' frequency the Roulettes, Hawks, 18's etc use.

Generally the Roulettes don't use any "private frequencies," they just use the relevant "centre" or CTAF frequency. If you're flying around and they are coming in you'll hear them on the channel with a very muffled oxygen mask type call saying "Roulettes 1," "2", "3" and so on... occasionally some smarty pants will say 7 over the radio.

For those of you that went today how awesome was it? The highlight for me was the F1-11:) Amazing machine and the sound cannot be described. Will be back for another dose of it tomorrow.

I hate those F1-11 they cost me a lot of good fish.

There was a combined air sea exercise ofNewcastle many years ago and amy brother-in-law and I where right amoungest itfishing was nothing short of fantastic.

Then disasterstruch 2 not one but 2very big and very loud afterburners blasing F1-11 flew over our heads at a very low altitudelighting up the night sky and from then on not a fish to be had, oh how I hate those F1-11.

Ha ha. Good story Don. Here are some pics from today. Very poor quality due to the little digital I was using and also the poor lighting conditions.
