Hi all! I've ordered a flight bag, a kneeboard, and a few items on this Forum's Shop, Clear Prop Au, last week. My flight training is going to start soon, but my order status was still marked as "Open", and have yet to get a reply from Customer Service on their online chat. Anyone has purchased anything from them? How long does it usually takes for items to get dispatched? Is there any way I can follow up my order with them? Cheers!
