G'Day Gents Had the pleasure of attending the Pig Tails ceremony yesterday at Amberley, the last flight of the F-111 in the world, beautiful flight of 6 Pigs escorted by 2 Super Hornets, followed by a 7 1/2 min aerobatic display with two seperate dump & burns & a great feed with a few quite ales after. Thoroughly enjoyable, but sad to see the last of the F-111s. Cheers

Hi Everyone, Just a quick post to tell you about myself, I run my own business, Aviation and Industrial Inspection Services, doing Non Destructive Testing of aircraft, cranes, structures and the like, started flying before I could drive, did 12 years as an Airframe fitter and NDI Tech in the Royal Australian Airforce and am currently looking to get back into real flying. I fly alot online, FSX and IL2, but haven't had the finances to get back to the real thing, hoping my new business will afford me that privalige. Cheers Mirage

Hi Gents, I've just been informed by my doctor that diabetics are not allowed to fly solo and must have another qualified pilot with them at all times, is this really the case, is there any appeal opportunity. Thank in advance. Mirage

Hi Gents, GA mainly as I wont to use it for work, lot quicker to fly to Bundy or Toowoomba than drive, I heard that Gil Layt at Archerfield was quite good. Cheers Mirage
