I got the fuel flow problem fixed from my previous post. Now the primer pump leaks when its hanging down, but when its upright it does not leak. Now for my questions...What is the proper starting procedure in detail? I have a Phantom with an MZ-201 motor. Is the electric fuel pump supposed to always be on? How hard should it be to start with the pull start? Its hard to pull but the electric start turns engine over fine.

I have just installed a new gas tank for my Phantom Ultralight. When I turn on the fuel pump it makes a loud sound indicating that it is not getting any fuel. I checked if the fuel pump is working and it is so that is not the problem. It must be how I hooked it up or something. Look at the pics of it and tell me what you think. Also what is the point of the small fuel line on the bottom of the tank?
