What's everyone's thoughts on paying $220/h Private hire for a 1000h+ j230? Bit steep hey! Would $180/h sound closer to the going rate?

Hi, first post on this forum. I'm currently looking into buying a 2008 j120 with updated through bolts and 250hrs. Just wondering how everyone's 120's are going and is there anything I should be looking out for? Thanks.
