Currently my top priority is to have two radio units installed. GNS430 being a certified unit acting as comm 1 and comm 2 being a non-TSO ICOM unit. in addition i always carry a hand held as well. -

Under CASA regulations for VH- registered aircraft, do all flight instruments need to be certified? Also looking at installing a secondary radio and I have a Garmin 430 on board as well. I don't believe the secondary radio is TSO certified.
