Will RAA(Aus) raise a fee on this one too?

There are 2 ways to make money. The first way is to do something nice for people and they pay you. The second way is to demand the money with menaces. This is very effective, just ask the tax man and his minions.

IF you are paying tax you must be getting some money (except for the GST) so be grateful for small mercies. ( Like it COULD be worse.) Nev

Yes, I always wonder why people complain about having a big income tax bill. I wish my tax bill was $1m every year!

The irony is that if you had a potential tax bill reaching that amount you could pay a couple of accountants 100 grand to manipulate and "legally" rort the system so you paid no tax at all... (and that 100 G would be deductable as well)

The saying "The rich get richer" is very true....

Just remember expecting the rich to pay a Fair share is "the politics of envy".

Just ask Scomo, we can afford $50 billion for the really well off to have tax cuts.

But we can't afford to raise unemployment benefits so the jobless can actually eat food and have a bed to sleep on. That would cost $3 billion.

That would be sheer socialism.

Oh but we can pay job search providers more than the Newstart payment for every unemployed they see each fortnight for 30 mins.

All while removing large numbers from the disability pension and saying they are capable of work by changing the rules. Presto the disabled have a miracle cure and the government saves $2oo a week, so they can now pay a job provider $250 a week to manage your job search.

Absolute brilliance and since the NDIS saved money by refusing to process claims or just by changing the criteria for need.

They have extra money for more tax cuts to the rich.

Absolute genius.

Are we off topic yet? I think I’m confused.
