First Great Grandson to my wife Frances and I and first son to our beautiful eldest granddaughter Alison and her husband, Sam! First Grandson to our beautiful youngest daughter Susan and her husband Ashley. Proud mum Alison and Deacon`s sister, Brooklyn, with two hour old, Deacon. Our daughter, Susan. Four year old, Brookly! kevb Posted December 22, 2016 Share Posted December 22, 2016 Hey Guy's, It's pretty wet up here at the moment, so I've been going through some of the footage that I've taken over the year. Here's one of the Hornet at Dundee Beach. I went looking for camping sights and landed at Dundee Lodge for a cuppa and ran into a friend, he was keen for a fly so I took him up. It was his first time in a small aircraft and he was a bit nervous, the knuckles were pretty white as he was clutching the A frame on take off but the smile on landing was pretty big. farri Posted December 26, 2016 Author Share Posted December 26, 2016 Fran and I had Christmas day lunch with our eldest daughter Linda and her family at their Tinaroo Park property, on the Atherton Tablelands then back home here at Deeral to get together with the rest of our family. I Couldn`t resist a fly and when I landed my next door neighbour Bruno and his son, Ingram, were waiting to say Merry Christmas! Kiwi Posted December 26, 2016 Share Posted December 26, 2016 We had the family over for Xmas and managed to take some of them flying in the 182T, with the intentions of also taking them up in the Rans and Drifter but unfortunately the rain set in. Late in the afternoon in between showers I took my 15 year old niece up in the Drifter. When I asked her which she liked best, she said the Drifter.
