Guest avi8tr Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 I was lucky to find my financial statement hidden away behind the address label :) Without even looking at the wages I might suggest that some staff would be part-time which would affect things. Lets be honest though, what would you expect to see for wages for such an organisation, keeping in mind that there are often jobs at professional CASA for market rates or above? As an example, from memory tech manager was $60k a fair number of years ago. Given the type of organisation, I'd expect to see figures like this: CEO $120k-$130k Ops Manager $90k Tech manager $80k Admin $30k-$40k Put into perspective, a first year teacher $56k.
