slartibartfast Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 A very tragic accident occurred last Sunday at the Canberra Gliding Club airfield at Bunyan. The doors of the tug annex to the hangar were caught in a severe wind gust which overpowered those trying to secure them. Joe Elso was severely injured and died later in hospital.
