It is European and the Wikipedia page for both aircraft makes no reference to any influence or inspiration of the other. All the measurements and performance figures differ only minutely. There is no wiki page for my aircraft, the search brings up a page on a pilot who set a number of records and designed a few aerobatic aircraft, and it wasn't Dan Rihn. It is the base model which Wayne Handley modified into the Turbo Raven in which he set numerous time to climb records. It was developed jointly in the United States and United Kingdom, the American prototype flying in February 2003, four months before its British counterpart.
