chesim Posted May 23, 2017 Share Posted May 23, 2017 Hi all, After procrastinating since highschool (20years ago) Im going to get my RPC and hopefully push on to PPL then take stock. Been up in a warrior twice, a moth and a glider. Decided to to the RA path to save money as well as ease in to the sport. It seems cheaper than anywhere else around Sydney and looks like they have some good aircraft for the price. Plus reviews of the training provided are positive. Nightmare Posted May 25, 2017 Share Posted May 25, 2017 Hi and welcome chesim! RPC through RAAus, is a great way to get your wings. Furthermore, many of the hours and endorsements, if not all, can cross over to GA if that's where you want to go. On top of that, RAA aircraft in my opinion are more economical to buy, run and maintain. I remember wanting to be a pilot when I was an early teen, I finally realized that dream 30 years later.
