This is the ATSB report, Caboolture is coastal and I've often wondered why the pilot didn't track for the coast when visibility started to deteriorate, maybe somewhere like Cinnabar. facthunter Posted October 2, 2021 Share Posted October 2, 2021 That plane had a strange history of crashes. It's not the sort of thing you'd be able to fly in cloud for any great length of time. Flightrite Posted October 2, 2021 Share Posted October 2, 2021 I recall that Dehav crash, it was used for a review of VFR flight in marginal WX for a few plane drivers I know some years ago.
