Gunna need your gumboots and brolly by the look of it Graeme. Hasn't stopped raining since late last night, and weather app says it will stay this way all weekend.

Yep Peter, I was going to take up Kaz's solution of prayer, but I think if I tried that I might just be struck down by bolts of lightning ...

See what happens, tomorrow is briefing day and if all turns out OK I'll have some fun marshalling aircraft on Sunday.

Airfield looking great, lots of activity setting up, some incredible acrobatic practice in the Decathlon - should be a great day tomorrow!

It;s about 50 years since I first flew there. (1968-69).

The "office" was a caravan parked near the southern fence, and the planes were Beech B-19A Sport, the baby 2-seat Musketeer.

Not many. The most exciting part was when CASA went to investigate the sausages with the onion on top.

Looking forward to seeing the Auster at LIL!

Sorry...we saw the cameras and called the airport but it was well and truly clogged in so we went to Wang instead.

hope it ended up ok?
