Guest Brett Campany Posted July 5, 2009 Share Posted July 5, 2009 I live in Ellenbrook near Perth, pretty much half way between Perth airport and Pearce Airbase and there's this powered parachute buzzing around at about 200 to 500 feet above houses in as far as I know in CTA as well. So what's the restrictions with these guys? I know he shouldn't be there but are they under any type of registration or anything? I'll see if I can get a photo or two when he comes past again. Yenn Posted July 6, 2009 Share Posted July 6, 2009 If someone is flying illegally or irresponsibly, why not dob the in. If they have an accident it does us no good even if we are not involved. Get rid of the cowboys. My personal creed is to talk to them if I can, point out the error of their ways. but if you can't talk to them talk to CASA.
