A little selective colouring... a couple of layers.... and put it all back together!How did you "cheat" and make most of the photo B&W but keep the plane in colour?Photoshop is handy - sometimes!

Here is a shot of the black & gold chopper:That'd be our Navy. 3 of these are leased by Navy as motiviation / continuation training platforms following the demise of Seasprite and delays with SeaHawk replacement. These choppers are painted in pretty flash schemes, this looks like the black one with gold markings.Real nice paint scheme!

The J.5 Adventurer was basically a four-seat Autocrat developed for Australia and New Zealand, using war-surplus Australian-production Gipsy Majors. This one was manufactured in 1950 and shipped to Australia engineless where Kingsford Smith Aviation Service, Sydney, fitted the engine. It was first registered on 31 July 1951. It's seen here at the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia's Auster Rally.
And here it is arriving at Temora yesterday!

I did stumble upon the mag a couple of weeks ago and thought I would enter the comp. As you might guess from looking at my Flickr pics, I do tend to take a few AC pics :)
I am really hoping to get over this weekend to Temora.... Should be an awesome couple of days.

they sure do train down at Wagga.
Rex also had an engine failure and retunred back from Melbourne yesterday....
Twas the 2nd emergency at Wagga in 2 days, after a Piper reported low fuel on Saturday.....
