    Hi Guys All lightings in the US have the jabiru 3300. The fire wall forward kit was designed for the Jabiru. The rotax weighs more costs more and requires more maintenace. I used the builder assist program at ksyi (shelbyville TN) and it went well. I lived there in my vw van (using there shower). I was there a week starting July 2 and came back after painting and did the plumbing and wiring. flew home Nov 7. Cheers

    Hello all you folks down under. I am owner/builder of Lightning #42. built at KSYI. Flown home to Boulder Colorado, USA, Nov 2007. I now have 280hr on the tac. Dynon 180 efis/ems, lowrance 2000 gps. Cheers Dick Cleavinger
