    Hi Mike, Alan Clarke put me on to you. The guys on Homebuiltairplanes.com recommend 1/2 inch foam for the core for the fuselage. Chris Conroy says 3mm is more than adequate. I am now undecided. And that's when Alan suggested I contact you because you were involved with the Jabiru, and would know what thickness foam core they used for their fuse parts.
