After the flight that is ? Well after my attempt if I succeed I continue on flying doing what I love and hopefully demonstrated to kids and people that have dreams that they can achieve what they work hard for, and if I don't make the attempt I will continue trying until I do even if I'm not the youngest.

Yes I have heard lots about that area of the world and so I take your advice as guidance and I thank you, I will be obviously looking at tweaking my route as my team considers the route in our flight plans in more detail, but so far this planned route has been based on the aircraft performance and the idea of the most efficient route according to that. Obviously with departure date not being for another few months, there is not best option at the moment and all the advice we can get we will strongly consider as we don't know all the answers. Again thank you and will surely be looking Into a better stretch to fly as that has always been the one section I've feared. But a challenge is a challenge and I'm determined to succeed in my life goal. Cheers Pieter

Hello everyone, My name is Pieter van Jaarsveld and i am part of the "challengeyourlimits" team which has decided to attempt the recently set world record of being the youngest pilot to circumnavigate the world. Hey everyone “Challenge your limits ™” has decided to attempt a World Record. To be the youngest solo pilot to circumnavigate the world. The attempt will be made by our 17 year old pilot Pieter van Jaarsveld. The world record attempt will cover a distance of over 27,000nm travelling over 5 continents with an overall flight time of over 200 hours. Hey everyone now I know a jabiru has its faults haha but yet everyone has one, my father and I have found a jab for a good price but we are just wondering if its worth it? It's a jab 1600. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well i have just passed my flight test and i am 15 and my father is doing his licence aswell, so we are looking at different aircraft and like you said it would support my level and his level of flying so would be a very good aircraft by the sounds of it and yes a very reliable motor haha ;)
