People are concerned about our member organisation sending up to three people to Oshkosh in this climate of austerity being enforced on the membership. Regular member services like a readable paper copy of the revised operations manual, a readable paper copy of our magazine, and even the delivery of the much lauded technical manual revision are becoming distant memories. When I joined just a few years ago these things were core business, were what you got for you membership.

Compass and clock, Cfi is very strict in a friendly kind of way. Batteries don't last forever he says.What did you do it in? Did you use just the compass or did you have a directional Gyro or GPS? Always exciting regardless.I'm looking forward to the next one.

Thanks Nev, yes Kieth did explain that 80kg less would make the plane fly more but I was still surprised
When it got in the air in no time and my first touch and go seemed to float on for ever .
I talk to myself all the time and I've always got my pocket sized check list handy.

Can RAA Aircraft Use VFR Corridors and Routes Through C Airspace?

The VFR corridor is not controlled airspace as long as you are below LL, 1500” I think. J
