I also have a registered OzRunways so this isn't a bashing session.

Great now we can register two iPad's , why have they decided to charge $20.00 the opposition does not charge for this feature. Rebel in a nice way and not do it.

Paperwork Required
When the RAA send out renewals do they also send out a medical declaration form and a form that gathers other information that goes towards compliance.
So to those that just paid it and got their certificates in the mail do you not have a duty of care aswell and have you complied with the associations regs.
just my thoughts.
So doesn't the RAA have the duty to send the renewal in a timely manner.

Ok so we are supposed to be getting the right to fly upto 10000 feet. (oh Christmas is Coming)
All aircraft, including ultralights, operating above 5000 feet amsl, must be equipped with a serviceable VHF radio; and the pilot, with an appropriate radio endorsement, must make the broadcasts specified in AIP Book.
Does anyone know where to find this in the AIP.
or what are the required calls.
Cheers

Will have to pack away my 84gr gas camp stove and locate a new one will look at both suggestions on the weekend.
With thanks to all

What do people carry in their planes for camp stoves
It seems butane is out of the question as some of the gas cylinders are not designed to be flown or taken above 3000 feet and some are rated to 11500 feet
So what do people use.

I said to my son when he got married. “Dylan, for a good marriage you need a woman who will be a nurturing mother to your children, a women who can cook, clean and care for you, a woman who is great in the bedroom , a woman who you can have a sound intellectual conversation with BUT ….the most important thing to remember is………. these women should never, never ,get the chance to meet each other!” And yes his new wife was in earshot.

Transfers are the same it took 3 weeks for mine to get done and that was only after having a rant at the office girl. Not great for family's who have to keep an eye out to see if the moneys gone from the account yet. At the time the new CEO did not have an idea as to what was going on.
