Well let me just inform you that you are 100% correct on all points . Vlad and I are good mates and I am trying to get a MIG just so I can P*SS off CASA at their next ramp check . Jeeeeesssss it must be old age I am loosing the plot and about to vent my spleen on CASA .

First Post. Hi all.

 

I am a Jab owner SP 500 6 cylinder . Based Gold Coast.

 

I know there has a lot been said about the jab engine, and it’s mostly true. The only thing I can say about the Jab is that it is a HIGH maintenance engine. If you do all the work required, make some mods to the under cowl stick to the maintenance manual like glue. It should be OK . ( I hope ) . I should have kept my Foxbat

 

What is this new add from Jab next summer. “ Buy a new Jab get one free “ YES I am just pulling ya leg . Its NOT true . The fact is the Jab itself is quite a good aircraft, its just that the engine is the problem :—((
