Theres also powerlines near the Eastern threshold but its nearly 1000m so hardly a problem in a trike ! Received a very warm welcome & I don't recall having to pay any landing fees. There were a few hangers but not much else that I saw. I think there is either a school or club based there - check on the RAA website for a local contact who would be able to give you more info.
