Guest Maj Millard
Looked at a new 582 that a friend has bought to fit to my old Drifter yesterday. Latest bluetop 582, with exhaust manifolds and muffler, new twin carbs , oil injection pump and oil-tank with low oil sensor (oil injection pump and tank can easily be left off)...........the lot $5000.00 !! what a bargain. Less gearbox unfortunatly, (he has an E type ready to go on from another low-time engine) Some years of good reliable power there at the right price...................................Maj... winsor68
Is that the everyday price for a 582?
Guest Maj Millard
I believe it is the current price, but you would have to check with the supplier to be sure.............................Maj...
Gentreau
Sounds like the price for a zero-timed engine. If he got a brand-new one for that price, that's very good.
