Hi From OutBack QLD;

Recommended Posts

I am flying down to Canberra next Sunday 8th Sep 2013 in a Tecnam Bravo.

I am a commercial pilot and the Tecnam is equipped to go into CB.

Three questions: (1.)What will it cost me to take a 24 reg aircraft into CB and park it there for 4 nights?

(2.)Is there any other quality strips close to CB that would be happy for a visitor?

(3.) I have a fuel venting problem where even with 1/2 tanks unless you are SOOooooo careful with taxing and keeping the wings dead level; we are demonstrating wingtip vortexes with fuel venting overboard!!! Does anybody else have this problem and how did you sort it?

When the tank needs to vent the flapper valve is sucked inwards, but seals in the outward direction. It is just a metal flap with a rubber seal on it..............Maj...
