Guest Guest
A few photos that may be of interest, taken at the Boeing Factory in Seattle in 1982, when Ansett were receiving their first B767s. Please excuse the quality of the photos. :( This one is ironic, both these Airlines are sadly gone now. :( Some of us from Ansett................ The first B767 engine change at Boeing. And the famous Red Barn, the original Boeing Factory.
Guest Glenn
Thanks for the pics. It's always interesting to see old pics like these, especially the ones featuring Ansett. Certainly a piece of Australian aviation history to cherish. Whish one is you in the photo?
Guest Guest
I am only in the "group" photo, second from right as you look at it, about the middle of the photo with a pullover on, and standing under the oil tank. :D

Guest Sunshy
Keep'm coming. I always love old pictures. They tend to give you an idea of how much (or little) aviation changed over the years. How about making it an item in the miscellaneous index? I'd sure like to see more of them.
Guest Guest
Thank you. :D However I don't have many more at all. :( There are several more sets in the "trip reports" forum, you have looked at them have you.
