Guest David747 Posted March 10, 2006 Share Posted March 10, 2006 Hello everyone Was out at Brisbane Airport today and noted the following interesting movements. -JAL 747 300s JA8183 & JA8184 The Resocha Twins! :lol: -Qantas 767 300 VH-ZXB in the Socceroos livery. -Qantas 737 800 VH-VXB "Yananyi Dreaming" -Singapore Airlines 777 200 9V-SRE Star Alliance -Seair Twin Otter VH-TZR (This a/c is based at OOL and reguarly flys to Lady Elliot Island) -Sea World Helicopters Eurocopter AS350 Squirriel VH-SWX -Solitair Helicopters Eurocopter AS350 Squirriel VH-TMY and best of all..... -A flying pig! :lol: RAAF F-111 A8-271. I was sitting in my car having some lunch and I peared out the window and there was this F-111 on a RWY01 approach. It never actually landed but instead, it zoomed away extremely quickly and loudly! You should've seen all the smoke!!! :o RWY19 was in use throughout the morning and RWY01 was then in use from about 09:30 onwards. Overall, a day of luck. David...
