Firstly, you need this software: http://www.wxtoimg.com/ Then, you should have a proper antenna. You can find some info on this here: http://www.g4ilo.com/qfh.html A little bit of fiddling Robbo but well worth the results. Here are a couple I decoded last year. Not that good as I have not got the right antenna up but you can see a little bit of the cloud causing all this rain here in NSW and parts of QLD.
