Guest Guest
I've seen several references to the tax man asking RA-Aus to release their aircraft register so that they can tell who has assets and hasn't declared them, with dire consequences on previous occasions. This raises the question for me as the RA-Aus certificate of registration is not a "certificate of title," therefore proving ownership of the aircraft would be a difficult process if say you "gave" the aircraft to a friend of your or one of your kids. Any tax experts care to advise what the go might be?
