Expression of interest: Syndicate on the Gold Coast

Hi,

 

I am looking for parties interested in establishing a syndicate at Heck Field. As far as planes go I am open to any suggestions but have recently been looking at the Jab 230 (new or used). I would like to restrict the syndicate to 3 or 4 members maximum with equal shares. The structure of the syndicate will be set up through a new PTY LTD and all invoices and expenses will be handled through this entity.

 

I have long term hangarage confirmed and paid for at Heck Field for this (undecided) plane.

Just found your post thru Google about a syndicate some time ago.
