The answer is an absolute "No" you may not use the airstrip. You could of course buy the whole island which is currently for sale! Alternative is Old Bar airstrip a bit north of Forster. Two different agents - the one who "looks after things" is one of the local Forster ones - I can't remember which. The one that has it listed is one of the big Sydney ones - Colliers or Knight Frank.
