Guest dunner runner Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 Hi there, I am curious about a Loehle kit from the states, but I can't find too much more about them here, has anyone had anything to do with them, and does anyone have an opinion of them. Guest ozzie Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 i've had a bit of a thing for the 51/51 since they first appeared. have the promo video of it. the kit is available in several sub kits. the retract gear option is only for smooth strips. there are several of them in OZ including the modified one that Paul Crowfoot did with the suzuki swift engine in it and beefed up gear. They have a lot of fiberglass fairings for them now that remove the timber stringer look. the only other loehle i've seen is the little parasol one very cute. they have a good reputation and they have been in business for many years and their business is more than just ultralights ozzie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
