Im building a Super Skyraider with a 582 silver head motor.I go by the name of Horsepower, Im into drag racing as well as airplanes.I live in Idaho in the U.S.I am looking foward to following this website. Guest horsepower Posted October 9, 2009 Share Posted October 9, 2009 Hi Decca, There are quite a few of the 582,s out there in the Skyraider 2 and Super Skyraider. Most use a 503 in them and alot of the Supers use a 2200 Jab. That is what I would like to have but must stay within my budget.There seems to be a few out there with the MZ 202 motors and from what I understand they work real good. Dont know much about the MZ engines but they seem to get good reviews.In Europe they call this plane a Easy Raider and it gets pretty good ratings.Thanks for the chat.
