I have been looking at various aircraft options for a while and a very kind Savannah Owner/Builder gave me a ride to Evans Head for the fly in last weekend. I was so impressed I ordered a kit which should be here next week. If anyone has any clecos or other bits for sale or any tips to help me get started I would be most grateful. I will be building near Nambour, so let me know if you would like to drop in for a cuppa, any advice very welcome. Thanks, Peter

Many thanks for the welcomes, there are afew Jabs at Gympie so I will have to beg aride in one to see what it's like. You here varied opinions, but getting to know a few owners is the only way. I hope to start doing my Navs before long, so I might drop in to Boonah and say Hullo.

Did a few years in gliding, but now want to go places, so have started RAA training at Gympie YGYM flying Sportstars. Would like to buy an aircraft before too long, something that will carry 2 and camping gear and do dome serious travelling. No doubt there is the perfect aircraft for this, so would like to hear what it is. Cya, Peter
