All the wireing is shielded i had a bigger capacitor put in , i had nano farrad things put in the plug leads and it goes on.The powermate did the job strait away.Its charging just on 14 volts.

After spending $2500 on trying to get my uhf and vhf working a friend advised me to try a powermate.I had noise on transmission, noise in my headsets,my transmission was muffled and it just goes on and on.I installed the powermate and instant fix, highly recomend to anyone with noise or bad transmision( fantastic).This process has taken two and a half years to fix,save yourself alot of trouble and install a powermate , just google powermate regulator and it comes up.

Thank you for your advice,alot of my trouble is noise in transmisson,do you think they will help with this problem as well.there seems to be three types of noise on transmission and sounds muffled.

Has anyone installed a power mate regulator with a rotax engine,i'm haveing a lot of noise problems with uhf radio in a savannah xl.I'm hoping this will fix the problem.Anyone that has put one in, i'd love to hear if it helped.

Hi all,i have a noise coming though on transmission on a uhf radio .It sounds a bit like a electric fuel pump tick tick.The radio is abase set mounted in the plane with a switch to go between uhf and vhf.I was wondering about headsets, maybe aerial any other iders would great.cheers Sam
