just wondering is it posible to buy a regular car g p s and then load it with australian flying maps and use as an aircraft g p s , or is better to just stick to an aircraft g p s eg garmin 96 c

i was thinking more along the line if you went on holiday to any of the places and you wanted to fly if you could with our r a a certificate ???

does any one know if our certificate for flying in australia is recognised in u k , canada, and the usa ?

thats what i mean, lets film road crashes !theres enough greif there with out shoving into peoples tea times and into there lives as well as the familys that have been hurt in the road crash, i think there is enough horror in this world with out the media poring more negativity into our lives , its hard enough already.

like i said before the media has a lot to answer for for the society we live in to day.

i was fumming about this artical to ! but what do you expect from the media ? in all its forms its all about dumming the nation down where ever you look its missinformed information , we as a group know the truth and we share our truth and knowladge with every one we come into conntact with and tell them the truth !!

Going solo - yes !!!!! A picture perfect early morning over Caloundra with hardly a breath of wind saw me do my first solo circuit. Fan bloody tastic is all I can say.

I look forward to the challenges that are ahead and am totally reinspired to becoming a pilot. And yes badgers can fly.

just wondering how good aeropower engines are reliability,problems, etc anyone have one in a skyfox ? are they any better or any worse than a rotax 912 ??? bit sus on car engines in aircraft !! all views appriceated.

i meet gary when i was thinking about buying a zodiac saw the aircraft in question at bunderburg airshow and fell in love with it aranged to see and talk to gary at the gold coast i spent an afternoon with him a nicer man you could not meet and had time for all my questions we even went to aeroplane and i looked all over it in it it was stunning so well built to.

it is a very sad day for aviation such a highly respected and talented man has left us.

i feel for his family and send love to them in this very distresing time
