Glad to see the enthusiasm hasn't all gone. The Place has potential . When I went there in SAG (my7ECA) I had enough fuel to just make Adelaide from Lethbridge. There was some (do) on then  involving aeros and I didn't successfully get a response from anyone on the radio when I  was arriving..  There was a Russian warplane of similar size to a Spitfire there.  Nev

Nice place to spend a few days. Went there many times when I was with SAAA. The caravan park near the Creek/River..  Nev

The heading was still 2022 so I didn't look at it till now.   When I drive past there's rarely anything going on.  Nev.

It's a good Aerodrome and a town with very adequate facilities and handy to the Hume Highway. Been there many times and recommend it. Nev

If I recall correctly Arthur flew a Comper Swift to Australia from England. That very plane did a barrel roll around the Chipmunk I was doing a cross country in, in very close proximity and scared $#!t out of me.. Compers are a quite small plane.   Nev
