Worlds only single -seat GR Lightwing......frame welded by John Heard...aircraft built by the late Bill Starke of Ace Base NQ..( now Starke Field) Rotax 582 Powered....flaps including reflex flaps.

HI Maj, is this the aircraft that was / is for sale on Gum tree up near Cairns? That one was being advertised as built by Bill.

Yes, a tandem jack of all trades, with tabs on fuselage and wings to enable easy attachment of mission specific equipment.

 

Dual controls available, of course.

 

Low development cost off existing base.

 

Aviation history shows that tandems usually outsell fat side-by-siders.
