docjell
I'm tired of running out of forward trim at cruise, despite all the usual remedies involving springs, split pins, going to the gym more often etc. Who has had the nerve to grind the bloody things off - and what happened next! Cheers Chris
ianboag
Dunno about the trim tabs, but my new (and accepted by Jab) bracket seems to have fixed all that for me. Trim lever now sits where one would expect it to and all that. IB
Guest brentc
We had a big discussion on this not long ago which culminated in Ian's new bracket. It will be in the Jabiru section and should be easy to find. Short of making a bracket like Ian, cutting off your trim tabs either entirely or partly is a valid action to take and will probably work. - I've done this myself along with many others.
