WITNESS: No. ATTORNEY: How can you be so sure, Doctor? WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar. ATTORNEY: But could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless? Magistrate.. I find you 100% Liable as you failed to take action to ensure the road was closed so as to prevent the possibility of an accident happening. me..to my solicitor...
