A video which came up at the end of the Pitts Special video posted today. It is a documentary from specification of requirement for the TSR2 aircraft to destruction of all airframes after cancellation of the program and runs for just under 55 minutes. Very interesting for anyone interested in history and Australia's involvement.

That TSR2 engine no.1 is still on Ebay - no takers yet.

It sure was a hard road to finally arrive at the Tornado. The TSR2 and the British Phantom debacle remind me of that saying, "Military aircraft have four dimensions - height, length, width and politics."

Can't remember the author.

Cheers, Willie.
