Brolga Prop

I want to clear coat my Brolga Prop but have been told by a couple of reps not to use their paint as it won't last.

Any suggestions of a good quality paint that will do the job?

Why would you want to coat the brolga...the resin does not wear, if you want it shiny, use a car polish designed for resin coats. Balance problems with clear coating.

Not the case with this one, it was clear coated from new and has slowly worn away to the stage where the only place left with clear coat is the yellow tips on the ends of the blades and under the Brolga stickers. Have been told "KBS Coatings" Diamond Finish will work but have never used it so am interested to know what other people have used.
